A natural leader, he brings warmth, innovation, and vision to Miracell Homecare, working closely with his team to make sure service users feel truly supported. Ose Akhibi is the Registered Manager of Miracell Homecare Limited. With over 15 years of experience in the NHS, Ose brings not only a wealth of knowledge and expertise but also a genuine passion for people. Her commitment to delivering high-quality health and social care is rooted in a strong belief in person-centred care—ensuring that every individual’s needs, preferences, and dignity remain at the heart of what we do. As an NHS dentist, Ose developed a deep interest in dementia care and supporting elderly and vulnerable adults, which inspired her to follow her calling into the care sector. Her extensive background in safeguarding, compliance, and teamwork has equipped her to lead with both professionalism and heart.
